I am passionate about giving companies and people the strategies and tools to grow. I am a general management and transformation executive with 20+ years’ experience building, scaling and transforming businesses across the energy and financial services sectors. Across my career at AIG, Shell and bp, I ran several growth and turnaround businesses, unlocking >$200M in revenue growth and cost savings through commercial, digital and operating model transformation. I have managed businesses globally across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa, leading 100+ person cross-functional teams of marketing, sales, product and transformation professionals. I am native in Portuguese and fluent in English and Spanish.
Through my own experience in driving transformation, I have seen the importance of building the right capabilities, team, and culture to meet ever changing customer needs and ensure sustainable growth.
